You may know that Portsmouth has a target to build 17,000 new homes.
In recent years the Council has shelved one plan after another without ever making a firm decision about how to mee the target.
What you may now know is that there is an option for the Council to consult with Government to moderate the target down. PCC have not consulted; they’ve not even produced a Local Plan; they’ve now shelved the Tipner scheme. WHAT’S THE PLAN?
