Stephen is a local campaigner working with city councillors and he has been highlighting areas in Portsmouth that need improving and continues to work with the council to ensure the public have proper consultation on matters in the city that affect residents and businesses.
With more than 20 years experience as a district councillor he can bring to bear considerable knowledge on planning matters, social care and mental health issues.
