Portsmouth City Council has a number of services for people who are at risk of homelessness or sleeping rough, some of which are run with the charity the Society of St James (SSJ).

The Rough Sleeping Hub at Kingsway House, 130 Elm Grove, is open seven days a week, 8am-4pm and can be contacted on [email protected] or call 023 9288 2689.
The hub, run by SSJ, offers food, showers, laundry, health care, storage of possessions and advice on accessing other services.
The council has outreach services which find rough sleepers and offer them support.
